Q: When viewing the video, it says "undefined"
A: This means that the video is getting processed (if just uploaded) or that it
did not get processed correctly and is unavailiable for viewing.
Q: What is the maximum size/length of a video we can upload?
A: We recommend that you try to keep lengths and sizes small. Keep
in mind that
we only allow searching of videos that
are
under 6 minutes
in length in order to avoid copyright issues.
Q: I uploaded a video, how come I didn't get VIP?
A: Make sure each video is at least 30 seconds in duration. If it is less, it does
not count. However if the video is over 10 minutes in duration, it counts as two.
After
uploading the video make sure to click Activate vip on the main page!
Q: I'm trying to download a video but it keeps saying I'm not logged in.
A: If you are using Firefox, try switching to Internet Explorer.
